产品描述：小鼠天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织培养上清液样本中的GOT2含量。GOT2是重要靶点。它是一种氨基转移酶，参与细胞内的氨基代谢。研究发现其在肿瘤代谢重编程中发挥关键作用，通过调节谷氨酰胺代谢等途径支持肿瘤细胞生长、增殖及存活，有望成为肿瘤等疾病治疗的新方向。试剂盒检测范围为1.56 mIU/mL-100 mIU/mL，适用于实验室中肝毒性药物筛选、心脏疾病模型建立、细胞损伤机制研究等场景，例如通过检测细胞培养上清中的 AST 释放量评价化合物对肝实质细胞的毒性作用，或在小鼠代谢性疾病模型中动态监测血浆 AST 水平变化。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。

A micro ELISA plate ---The 96-well plate has been pre-coated with an anti-Mouse AST antibody. This dismountable microplate can be divided into 12 x 8 strip plates.
Two vials lyophilized standard ---Dilute a bottle of the standard at dilution series, read the OD values, and then draw a standard curve.
One vial Biotin-labeled AST antibody (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Act as the detection antibody.
