产品描述：小鼠内脂素/内脏脂肪素(visfatin)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的NAMPT含量。NAMPT即烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶，是细胞内NAD+生物合成补救途径的关键限速酶。其在肿瘤细胞的代谢、存活和增殖中起重要作用，通过调节NAD+水平影响能量代谢、DNA修复等。目前围绕NAMPT开展的研究多聚焦于开发靶向抑制剂用于肿瘤治疗。试剂盒检测范围为0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL，适用于体外研究小鼠模型中visfatin的表达水平变化，可用于探究肥胖、糖尿病、心血管疾病等代谢性疾病的分子机制，以及评估药物干预或基因修饰对脂肪因子调控的影响。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
