稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

背景信息
Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) is a pleiotropic factor that plays a critical role in liver regeneration, cell survival, and tissue repair. As a key mediator of various physiological processes, HGF influences cell migration, proliferation, and morphogenesis by activating its receptor MET, which is involved in several signaling pathways. Research on recombinant HGF protein has gained significant attention due to its therapeutic potential in regenerative medicine and oncology. Studies have shown that HGF can promote the healing of liver injuries, improve renal function, and exhibit anti-fibrotic effects, making it a promising candidate for treating liver diseases and kidney disorders. Additionally, its role in cancer progression, particularly in promoting metastasis through the mobilization of cancer stem cells, further highlights the need for comprehensive research. The recombinant production of HGF allows for detailed investigations into its structure, function, and therapeutic applications, paving the way for its use in clinical settings. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying HGF's actions may lead to innovative treatments for chronic diseases, enhancing patient outcomes and quality of life. The ongoing exploration of HGF as a therapeutic agent reflects its multifaceted role in health and disease, underlining the importance of continued research in this area to unlock its full potential.
