    牛轮状病毒(RV)抗原(Ag)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定性检测粪便样本中的RV Ag含量。牛轮状病毒（RV）抗原是引起牛腹泻的重要病原体，其抗原特性包括VP6蛋白的群抗原性和VP7、VP4的血清型特异性。研究机制显示，RV通过VP4和VP8蛋白进入宿主细胞，NSP4和NSP3蛋白导致细胞损伤和腹泻，目前主要通过疫苗和抗病毒药物进行防治。本产品适用于科研机构开展牧场病毒流行监测、疫苗免疫效果评估、病原体传播途径研究等实验需求本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
