The IDI2 antibody targets isopentenyl-diphosphate delta isomerase 2 (IDI2), an enzyme in the mevalonate pathway responsible for synthesizing isoprenoids, essential precursors for cholesterol, steroid hormones, and other lipid-related molecules.
