产品描述：人凝血因子Ⅹ(FⅩ)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的F10含量。F10即凝血因子Ⅹ，在凝血级联反应中处于核心地位。其参与内、外源凝血途径，被激活后将凝血酶原转化为凝血酶，促进纤维蛋白形成实现凝血。目前针对F10开发抗凝药是研究热点，以精准调控凝血平衡防治相关疾病。试剂盒检测范围为0.625 ng/mL-40 ng/mL，适用于凝血机制相关的基础研究、药物开发过程中抗凝/促凝剂效果评估，以及心血管疾病、肝病等病理模型中凝血功能的动态监测。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
