产品描述：猪血纤蛋白原降解产物(FDP)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的FDP含量。FDP即1,6 - 二磷酸果糖，是糖代谢中间产物。在细胞代谢中能调节糖代谢中若干酶的活性，促进糖酵解产生ATP。为细胞供能、改善细胞代谢，在心肌缺血、休克等治疗研究中，展现出改善细胞功能、减轻损伤的潜在价值。试剂盒检测范围为1.25 μg/mL-80 μg/mL，支持科研领域对猪凝血相关疾病模型（如血栓形成、弥散性血管内凝血）、药物干预效果评估或器官损伤修复机制的研究本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
