    人纤维蛋白原样蛋白1(FGL1)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的FGL1含量。FGL1是新兴免疫治疗靶点。它可作为LAG-3的配体，在肿瘤免疫逃逸中发挥重要作用。阻断FGL1与LAG-3相互作用，能解除肿瘤微环境免疫抑制，激活T细胞抗肿瘤活性，目前是肿瘤免疫治疗研究热点。试剂盒检测范围为0.156 ng/ml-10 ng/ml.，该产品适用于探索FGL1在肿瘤微环境中的功能机制、肝脏疾病相关生物标志物筛选，以及代谢综合征等基础研究领域，为免疫调节通路研究、疾病模型构建及药物作用靶点验证提供有效工具。实验操作兼容常规ELISA流程，支持科研人员开展体外样本的定量分析。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。

    • A micro ELISA plate --- The 96-well plate has been pre-coated with an anti-human FGL1 antibody. This dismountable microplate can be divided into 12 x 8 strip plates.

    • Two vials lyophilized standard ---Dilute a bottle of the standard at dilution series, read the OD values, and then draw a standard curve.

    • One vial Biotin-labeled FGL1 antibody (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Act as the detection antibody.

    • One vial HRP-avidin (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Bind to the detection antibody and react with the TMB substrate to make the solution chromogenic.

    • One vial Biotin-antibodyDiluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the Biotin-antibody.
