产品描述：小鼠Kelch样ECH相关蛋白1(KEAP1)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆、细胞裂解物样本中的KEAP1含量。KEAP1 是细胞抗氧化应激反应通路中的关键靶点。它能与 NRF2 结合，调控其降解。正常时维持细胞内稳态；应激时，KEAP1 与 NRF2 解离，使 NRF2 入核激活相关基因表达。目前针对 KEAP1-NRF2 机制的研究，为相关疾病治疗提供新思路。试剂盒检测范围为4.7 pg/mL-300 pg/mL，适用于基础科研中探究KEAP1在氧化应激通路中的分子机制、评估疾病动物模型（如神经损伤、炎症或癌症模型）中KEAP1的动态变化，以及体外细胞实验（如药物处理或基因干预）后蛋白表达水平的定量分析本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
