Recombinant human RNPS1 (RNA-binding protein with serine-rich domain 1) is a multifunctional protein involved in post-transcriptional gene regulation. Encoded by the *RNPS1* gene, it contains an N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) and a C-terminal serine/arginine-rich (SR) domain, both critical for its interactions with RNA and protein partners.
