SH3RF2 (SH3 domain-containing RING finger protein 2), also known as POSH2. is a member of the E3 ubiquitin ligase family characterized by its modular structure. It contains an N-terminal RING finger domain critical for ubiquitination activity and four SH3 domains that mediate protein-protein interactions by binding to proline-rich motifs.
