**Background of HIP1R Recombinant Protein**

Huntingtin-interacting protein 1-related protein (HIP1R), also known as HIP1R or HIP12. is a multidomain adaptor protein involved in membrane trafficking and cytoskeletal organization. It belongs to the Sla2/HIP1 family, sharing structural and functional homology with yeast Sla2p.
