    The LILRA4/ILT-7/CD85g protein is a coreceptor that critically limits the innate immune response during viral infection through FCER1G signaling. It negatively regulates TLR7 and TLR9 signaling and reduces IFNA1, IFNA2, IFNA4, IFNB1, and TNF production in dendritic cells exposed to influenza virus or CpG dinucleotides. LILRA4/ILT-7/CD85g Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived LILRA4/ILT-7/CD85g protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

    The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

    Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
