产品描述：小鼠胰淀素(Amylin)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的IAPP含量。IAPP即胰岛淀粉样多肽，是胰岛β细胞分泌的一种多肽。它与糖尿病等疾病密切相关，其异常聚集形成的淀粉样沉积物会损害β细胞功能、影响胰岛素分泌。目前研究聚焦于其聚集机制及如何抑制聚集，以探索疾病治疗新途径。试剂盒检测范围为25 pg/mL-1600 pg/mL，包括糖尿病发病机制探索、肥胖相关代谢信号通路分析、动物模型胰腺功能评估及药物干预效果研究等本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
