PHACTR1 (Phosphatase and Actin Regulator 1) is a multifunctional protein encoded by the *PHACTR1* gene in humans, belonging to the phosphatase and actin regulator family. It plays a critical role in modulating cytoskeletal dynamics, cell motility, and intracellular signaling pathways by interacting with actin and protein phosphatase 1 (PP1).
