**Background of Recombinant Human PUSL1 Protein**

Recombinant human pseudouridine synthase-like 1 (PUSL1) protein is a genetically engineered enzyme belonging to the pseudouridine synthase family, which catalyzes the isomerization of uridine to pseudouridine (Ψ) in RNA molecules.
