RBM15 (RNA Binding Motif Protein 15) is a conserved RNA-binding protein involved in post-transcriptional gene regulation. Structurally, it contains an N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) for binding RNA, a central SPOC (Spen Paralog and Ortholog C-terminal) domain mediating protein interactions, and a C-terminal region rich in proline and serine residues.
