SFT2D1 (also known as SFT2 domain-containing protein 1) is a human protein implicated in intracellular membrane trafficking and vesicular transport processes. Belonging to the SFT2 family, it shares structural homology with yeast Sft2p, a protein involved in regulating Golgi-to-vacuole transport.
