TDGF1 (Teratocarcinoma-derived growth factor 1), also known as Cripto-1. is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored protein belonging to the epidermal growth factor (EGF)-Cripto-1/FRL-1/Cryptic (CFC) family.
