产品描述：人肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶(MCT)酶联免疫试剂盒双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的MCT含量。MCT即单羧酸转运体，在细胞代谢物跨膜运输中起着关键作用。其在多种组织细胞广泛分布。研究机制上，主要是负责乳酸、丙酮酸等单羧酸类物质跨细胞膜转运，在肿瘤代谢、能量供应等方面研究较多，为相关疾病治疗提供新思路。试剂盒检测范围为1.56 ng/mL-100 ng/mL，适用于基础科研中肥大细胞相关疾病模型的机制研究，如过敏性哮喘、特应性皮炎等炎症性疾病，也可用于评估药物干预或实验条件下肥大细胞脱颗粒的活性变化，为免疫调控及病理机制探索提供可靠数据支持。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
