ARHGEF25 (also known as GEFT) is a member of the Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor (RhoGEF) family, which activates Rho GTPases by catalyzing the exchange of GDP for GTP. It contains a Dbl homology (DH) domain responsible for nucleotide exchange activity and a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain that modulates subcellular localization or protein interactions.
