**Background of Recombinant Human FOXJ3 Protein**

FOXJ3. a member of the Forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family, is characterized by a conserved forkhead DNA-binding domain. FOX proteins regulate diverse biological processes, including embryonic development, tissue homeostasis, and metabolism. FOXJ3. though less studied compared to other FOX members like FOXO or FOXP, has emerged as a critical player in cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and gene expression control. It is implicated in modulating transcriptional programs associated with cellular proliferation and stress responses, with potential roles in cancer and stem cell biology.
