Recombinant human GSPT2 (G1 to S phase transition protein 2) is a conserved eukaryotic translation termination factor that plays a critical role in protein synthesis and cell cycle regulation. Belonging to the eRF3 family, GSPT2 interacts with eRF1 to facilitate the termination phase of mRNA translation by recognizing stop codons and promoting ribosome release.
