**Background of Recombinant Human PCDHGC3 Protein**

Protocadherin gamma subfamily C3 (PCDHGC3) belongs to the non-clustered protocadherin γ family, a subgroup of the cadherin superfamily. These transmembrane proteins are characterized by extracellular cadherin-like repeats that mediate calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion.
