RBBP6 (Retinoblastoma-Binding Protein 6), also known as P2P-R or PACT, is a multifunctional protein implicated in critical cellular processes such as cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and transcriptional control. Discovered in the late 1990s, it was initially identified through its interaction with the retinoblastoma tumor suppressor protein (pRB), a key regulator of cell division.
