CSE1L (Chromosome Segregation 1-Like protein), also known as Exportin-2 or Cellular Apoptosis Susceptibility (CAS) protein, is a multifunctional protein involved in nucleocytoplasmic transport, cell proliferation, and apoptosis regulation.
