**Background of GAGE12F Recombinant Protein**

The GAGE12F protein belongs to the GAGE (G antigen) family, a group of cancer/testis antigens (CTAs) predominantly expressed in germline cells (testis, placenta) but aberrantly activated in various cancers. These proteins are encoded by genes clustered on chromosome 12p13.3 and are implicated in tumorigenesis, immune evasion, and therapeutic resistance.
