背景信息

The WBP11 antibody targets the WW domain-binding protein 11 (WBP11), a RNA-binding protein implicated in pre-mRNA splicing and post-transcriptional gene regulation. WBP11. also known as SIPP1 or BRAP1. contains a proline-rich region and interacts with the WW domains of splicing factors like YTHDC1 and PRPF40A, playing a role in spliceosome assembly and alternative splicing.
