KIRREL2 (Kin of IRRE-like 2), also known as NEPH3. is a transmembrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It shares structural homology with other KIRREL family members, featuring extracellular immunoglobulin-like domains, a single-pass transmembrane region, and a cytoplasmic tail involved in signaling interactions.
