产品描述：小鼠血管紧张素原(aGT)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织培养上清液、组织匀浆样本中的AGT含量。AGT即血管紧张素原，是肾素-血管紧张素系统的唯一底物。其在血压调节等生理过程中至关重要。研究机制上，肾素将AGT裂解为血管紧张素I，再经血管紧张素转换酶生成血管紧张素II，后续作用于相应受体引发系列生理效应。试剂盒检测范围为3.12 ng/mL-200 ng/mL，其高特异性和灵敏度使其适用于评估疾病模型小鼠的RAS系统激活状态、药物干预后aGT表达水平变化，或体外细胞实验中血管紧张素原分泌动态研究，为心血管、内分泌及肾脏相关基础科研提供可靠工具。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
