背景信息

The WNK3 antibody is a research tool designed to detect and study WNK3 (With No Lysine [K] 3), a serine/threonine kinase belonging to the WNK family. WNK kinases are unique due to their atypical placement of a catalytic lysine residue, which distinguishes them from conventional kinases. WNK3 is broadly expressed in tissues, including the brain, kidney, and vascular endothelium, and plays a critical role in regulating ion transport and cellular homeostasis.
