产品描述：人透明质酸酶1(HYAL1)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织培养上清液、组织匀浆样本中的HYAL1含量。HYAL1是一种透明质酸酶，参与透明质酸的代谢，与肿瘤进展密切相关。其通过降解透明质酸，影响细胞外基质，促进肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭。研究显示，HYAL1在前列腺癌细胞分泌的外泌体中存在，并通过FAK介导的整合素信号传导刺激基质细胞运动性，从而促进肿瘤进展。试剂盒检测范围为1.25 ng/mL-80 ng/mL，可稳定应用于癌症生物学、细胞迁移研究、组织再生等领域的机制探索，也可用于药物开发中候选化合物对HYAL1活性调控作用的体外评估本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
