产品描述：大鼠肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)酶联免疫试剂盒为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的TRAIL含量。TRAIL即肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体，其背景在于能特异性诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡却对正常细胞无明显毒性。研究机制主要是与肿瘤细胞表面死亡受体结合，激活下游凋亡信号通路，引发肿瘤细胞凋亡，为肿瘤治疗提供了新的靶点思路。试剂盒检测范围为15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，适用于基础研究中TRAIL表达水平的动态监测，例如肿瘤模型构建后血清标志物分析、药物干预下组织匀浆中凋亡相关因子的检测，或免疫调节实验中血浆TRAIL浓度的关联性研究本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
