Recombinant human PNO1 (Partner of NOB1) protein is a key player in ribosome biogenesis, a critical cellular process essential for protein synthesis. PNO1 interacts with NOB1. an endonuclease involved in rRNA processing, to facilitate the maturation of the 18S rRNA subunit within the 40S ribosomal subunit.
